Ratanba Mahila College of Education (P.T.C.) situated near N.H. No. 8 at & Post Rajendranagar managed by Vishwbharati Education Sansthan, Gujarat . It was formed with a view of educating and training young talented girl students of Gujarat in the field of Primary Teacher's Training.
